2. No Guarantee Clause

Service success cannot always be guaranteed in advance. In cases where full device access and verification is possible, we may confirm feasibility before proceeding.

3. Processing Time

Processing times may vary depending on device type and service complexity. In most cases, estimated time is provided before service starts.

4. Payment Terms

Payment may be required in advance or partially depending on the service type. Specific conditions are communicated before processing begins.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when the service cannot be completed due to our side or technical limitations. Completed services are non-refundable.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate device information (model, software version, condition). If account credentials or additional access is required, it will be requested in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

2. გარანტიის პირობები

მომსახურების შედეგი ყოველთვის წინასწარ ვერ გარანტირდება. სრული შემოწმების შემდეგ შესაძლებელია შედეგის დადასტურება.

3. შესრულების დრო

შესრულების დრო დამოკიდებულია მოწყობილობაზე და სერვისის ტიპზე. უმეტეს შემთხვევაში დრო წინასწარ განისაზღვრება.

4. გადახდის პირობები

გადახდა შესაძლებელია წინასწარ ან ნაწილობრივ, სერვისის მიხედვით.

5. თანხის დაბრუნება

თანხა ბრუნდება მხოლოდ იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ მომსახურება ვერ შესრულდა ჩვენი მხრიდან ტექნიკური მიზეზების გამო.

6. მომხმარებლის პასუხისმგებლობა

მომხმარებელმა უნდა მიაწოდოს სწორი ინფორმაცია მოწყობილობის შესახებ. საჭიროების შემთხვევაში შესაძლებელია დამატებითი მონაცემების მოთხოვნა.

7. სამართლებრივი შესაბამისობა
